When you call, text or fill in the building card, we use what you tell us (your name, your number, your address details and what the appliance is doing) to arrange the visit and do the repair.
Details you send through this website are stored and processed by KremCRM, the customer relationship system we use, on Microsoft Azure servers in Israel, outside Canada.
Photos you text us, like the model sticker, are used to identify your appliance before the visit.
